Richard trained as a chartered surveyor and has 25 years’ experience in the residential property sector.

20 of these years were at Knight Frank where he became a proprietary partner and held a number of roles including partner in charge of the Mayfair office and also set up the London Super Prime Team (now the Private office). His understanding of the central London and wider residential markets is second to none and he is known as an expert development consultant of both large houses and super prime developments.

Richard now manages a significant portfolio in and around central London and continues to provide property search, portfolio and development consultancy advice.
